Otherwise, they are all roughly the same. More or less ~300Gb for caps. So its basically your pick between Start.ca, Distributel, Ebox, TSI etc.
Reliability wise, all about the same, TSI is extremely slow in upgrading their POIs, so its gonna be slow as hell if they oversell again.
You want reliability? Get a Cable line + a backup (slowest acceptable) DSL/3G line as a backup.
