I went up to northern NH (Route 302) last week. Unfortunately most of New England has had an almost perpetual cloud cover for the past few weeks so my shots don't have the bright sunlight and blue skies that really make the colors pop but the shots were passable. The drive was wonderful though
Is your first shot Oriental Bittersweet? We had some out back but it only berried one year of the four I've been here. I've been wanting to redo some macro shots but the damned thing just won't cooperate. -- "While you can teach an old dog new tricks, you simply can't teach him to be a cat."
