For the past, I don't know, month or more, we have been getting horrible speeds and latency.
We have the 75 megabit package, but we are getting between 11 mbps and 30 mbps, depending on your luck and/or time of day.
We are in Wrigleyville, and normally we get the full 75 megabit, but for the last month or so, it has been running at 1/7th speed basically. Lots of stuttering, the occasional outage.
We have had a technician come out to try to figure it out, and after two days, we could only find that it was not the internal network or the modem.
What is going on? |

Still under the 75/11 I should be getting though. |
