When? Now... no, I have a 3rd Gen. iPad In a few years?...possibly.
If the soon to be announced 7" (???) views and functions as well as the larger one but costs 40% (???) less, sure, at the end of my current iPad's life I'd consider replacing it with a mini. Too many variables to assess, so I didn't answer the poll, but I think the mini can (and probably will) cannibalize the sales of full size model.
