[help] Cable Modem Outage

richieace posted : Before I call Cablevision I thought I would ask here first. For the past two weeks i have been having sporadic outages with my Webstar DPC2100 cable modem. The only lights that would work would be a steady power, steady pc, blinking cable and no data lights. The modem would return to normal after a few hours. I experienced the same problem again Sunday morning and as of today the modem is still out. Any ideas?

Thank you,
Rich
