[Cable] outage in London?

Still getting an IP but cannot route after power cycling all of my equipment. Started roughly 7:50pm tonight. I'm near Wonderland and Springbank. Anyone else?

I'm getting the same result, in Tillsonburg.

traceroute 8.8.8.8
traceroute to 8.8.8.8 (8.8.8.8), 64 hops max, 52 byte packets
1 10.254.201.1 (10.254.201.1) 3.057 ms 6.592 ms 3.237 ms
2 10.124.165.129 (10.124.165.129) 11.571 ms 18.296 ms 12.543 ms
3 * * *
4 24.246.55.30 (24.246.55.30) 378.791 ms
24.52.255.90 (24.52.255.90) 14.356 ms
24.246.55.30 (24.246.55.30) 128.323 ms
5 * * *
6 * * *

Looks like it could be a routing issue since it's going from 55.30 to 255.90 and back again.

Yep, just called into tech support and there's a "major" outage in London, Nipean and another city.

The latest feedback I have from Rogers it that they have a 10Gbps backhaul from London to Toronto that's completely down. I'm still following up with them.

So you're saying that the backhaul is provided by Rogers I thought Rogers was only in the mix from the customer location to the POI.

uhh no tek uses rogers for transport from the POI's back to 151 front.

My understanding is that one of the benefits of aggregated poi is its on them to provide everything to you in a single spot, unlike its on tek to find someone (obviously rogers was the most cost effective choice) to backhaul each poi to a central point.
