[CFL] Normal for bill to go $10 a year?

Just wanted to see how much and frequently other users in central florida see their bill go up. So far for me it has been once a year
I have :
I digital cable box non-DVR
Turbo 20/2

I understand why it went up after the first year, the promo ended
now bam 1 year later another $10 hike, is this to pay for NFL network and the new guide ?

For those of you that will say to call in, I have been waiting for the next avaible rep for 58 minutes, I guess they are not using the money for more call center reps.

Whats other users expierences ? yearly price hikes ?

Your bill is going up because your current promotion is expiring and not a rate increase. Open a direct forums thread and I will have a regional sales specialist call you to discuss.

apparently I am on the stick it to you later promotion, finally got thru to chat after waiting an hour on the phone with no answer

for others it looks like the price just keeps going up for 3 years after the promo in the cnetral florida market anyway

Me : promtion ended after the first year and the bill went up then too
Caren R: In October 2010 you were placed in a bundle for $79.95, this increased to $89.95 in October of 2011 and now this month to 99.95.
Me : yeah I know
Caren R: The promotion you are on is a step up promotion, rather than increasing you to retail rate after the first year, we increase you a little each year until you reach retail rate.
Me : how many more steps?
Caren R: Let me check on that.
Me : and how much for just turbo without tv ? the phone company now is offering TV and 25mb for less for 5 years
Caren R: This will be your last year, your next in crease next October will bring you to retail rate.
Caren R: Turbo Internet alone with tax is $68.14 a month.
Me : my next increase, so another $10 next year ?
Caren R: Yes.
Me : do I just bring the cable box and modem to the store when I get the other service set up ?
Caren R: You can certainly do that.
Me : ok cool, nothing you can do for the price then?
Caren R: Even the rate you are at now is still less than our current promotions.
Caren R: I wish I had something less I could offer you.
Me : idk my friend in winter springs just got set up and they have the phone also and its the same price or a little than what i pay
Caren R: That is a new customer promotion, there is no way I could add that to an existing account.
Me : how long do have to be cancelled before you can be a new customer ?
Caren R: A minimum of 6 months.

Me : no all set thx

side note other than the pricing scheme I have been satisfied with the service

Update

opened a direct forum thread on 10/10/12 as advised in this thread, was told a couple times that a Regional specialist would contact me, but that has not happened in almost 2 weeks

I do recieve fylers in the mail with ways to increase my monthly price though by adding service I don't want like phone

will update if anything changes

Thanks to BHNtechXpert, I was contacted by customer service and was able to get a new plan that works for me
