Re: Is it possible to remove a certain sound out of video?

I would highly recommend just reshooting.

You will likely spend more time trying to edit it out, researching techniques, etc. than you would to reshoot it, no matter how difficult it was to shoot.

After 3 hours of researching I think you are right drew

This is a night shoot so I'll have to wait until night again.

Michail: I'm a little new to audio/video editing. I was trying to upload my .mts file to Audacity but of course I needed to convert it. I've tried a couple media converters with no luck. Can you give any advice ? Programs for beginners, tutorials or etc

Thanks

Unfortunately, no. I don't have any such editing experience. I've only watched others do it. With the right converters it looked simple enough but getting the right tools is sometimes the hard part.

For a long shoot I suppose working on the audio track could get a bit difficult. If it's a blip here and there it may not be so bad.
