This does not affect my surfing or youtubbing, but it appears uploading during primetime appears to be a pinch slow.
I assume its not on my end since faster upload speed happens during non-primetime.

| I don't know if Testmy is having an issue or if something in their "hand shaking" is causing low results. Tonight, I tried Testmy again, with another low result.
But, then I tried Xfinity and Speakeasy and got these results:
LA Speakeasy:
Download Speed: 10281 kbps (1285.1 KB/sec transfer rate)
Upload Speed: 2279 kbps (284.9 KB/sec transfer rate)

Around 10:55 PM CDT
As see in graph, there are long pauses in upload between each upload spike, which is about a 512 kbps spike.
Testmy was running around 48 kbps, and Speakeasy around 43 kbps tonight.
This happens during primetime hours; otherwise, uploads zip along at much higher speeds. |
