Re: Permits have taken forever ... It sounds like stuff is going pretty normal. We started planning our garage addition in March 2012. With any luck it will be done by the end of this month. It doesn't have any livable space in it yet and no water/septic hookups so that saved some time. The good news is once they start framing it goes pretty fast. I've been told by quite a few people our project is going "FAST" as well. LOL
