[Southwest] Verizon Fios TV install issue

here's my issue. i had fios internet and dishnetwork. i decided to make the switch to fios tv and got a good deal. i have cat5 throughout my house. i have coax to several rooms. all end up in my garage to my patch panel.

the fios tv install completed. everything is working properly, i.e. internet, tv.

some time passed, then i went to look at my patch panel and was surprised at what i saw. all my ethernet cables are disconnected. the fios tv is hardwired from my router room to my tv room. the patch panel that i had is gone. i have no place to connect my ethernet cables.

who's at fault here?

comments?

hate to say it, but sadly it might be you for not supervising the install. When i had my fios service a few weeks ago, i followed the installer everywhere he went in my building and explain him everything like where all of the existing wires is and where it connects to

You didn't supervise the install?

The installer did what he needed to get you up and running.

Who do you think is to blame?

If he physically removed your patch panel and disposed of it, he is certainly at fault, however since your setup is not typical, you really should have "checked up" on him during the install.
