Re: Troubleshooting U-Verse, unstable jitter and ping Anyone have any insight? I called U-Verse and had a tech dispatched. Apparently they don't see a problem or don't know how to solve it. Anyone ever experienced this before? |

| Can you post a tracert or two from your home connection out to the world? (yahoo, google, dslreports, cnn, etc)
Also, if you have a Windows machine, download & install the UVrealtime program (uvrealtime.com) & post screenshots of the main page (with private IP wiped out), bits loading chart page, and error page |

| You need a technician visit -- your iNID is only running on 1 pair of what should be a bonded 2 pair service -- hence the errors and very intermittent service
Either give 800.288.2020 a call and speak to tech support, post in the Direct forum linking to this thread, or send an email to the AT&T Social Media Support team @ uversecare@att.com, again containing a link to this thread, as well as with your account information |
