Also, if you have a Windows machine, download & install the UVrealtime program (uvrealtime.com) & post screenshots of the main page (with private IP wiped out), bits loading chart page, and error page |

| Here are my current UVRealtime screenshots. As of right now my phones aren't working either and my internet is intermittent every few minutes. You can clearly see something isn't right. |

| You need a technician visit -- your iNID is only running on 1 pair of what should be a bonded 2 pair service -- hence the errors and very intermittent service
Either give 800.288.2020 a call and speak to tech support, post in the Direct forum linking to this thread, or send an email to the AT&T Social Media Support team @ uversecare@att.com, again containing a link to this thread, as well as with your account information |
