Yep, same here. The first time I got hit with their BS clearing fee (many years back) I emailed the company who had shipped it. I suggested if they wanted to keep their Canadian customers happy they should consider offering options. They do now, and they were nice enough to reimburse me the fee (something I wasn't actually looking for). |
