We are still raiding, and still rebuilding our dps roster. We now have 2 fresh monk healers/dps looking to get geared up and fill out our healing roster. We are still gearing up our warlock and mage who stepped in after we lost our powerhouse players.

We continue to be a mature, family-oriented guild. We've never lost sight of that, and I'm so very proud of everyone who has worked hard to make everyone else feel welcome. There was a short time when we tried to add some powerhouse raiders to the mix to try to lead the Alliance on our server throughout the expansion. It didn't work out... because we didn't have 10 people on the same playing schedule and it is not really fair to ask the heavy hitters for "more time". So, they've all moved on to servers and guilds that are better suited to their needs and I'm pleased to report that all have expressed to me how happy they are in their new homes. That's awesome, guys!

We are still committed to 10M raiding, we just need to get our new dps toons some gear (again... this is why the reputation gating is such a PITA). Once we can effectively clear MV 3/6, I think we will see faster gear gains and will secure a #2 alliance spot (currently #3 Alliance, #15 Server). We are no longer in a rush to climb the charts. It will happen... because I believe we have a great group of people. We also have a strong relationship with a like-minded guild, so we will probably see a lot more cooperation. If we can't get a raid going for PnE guild credit, I'll try to get you guys into their raids for kills/gear/practice. due to schedule changes of my current raiders, we might have to move our Guild Raid night to Saturday. More to follow on this, in-game.

In the meantime, continue being good to each other and we'll keep plugging along. Heck, I might have time to level a couple more toons!

So, if this thread falls off the front page, I'll not resurrect it again. Just wanted everyone to know I'm proud of the guild, and look forward to where we will be after the holidays!

edit: focus on gearing up a main raiding toon, the officers are looking to getting an alt raid-ready (for added flexibility) and we are going to focus on teaming up with another guild for raids. It won't give PnE credit, but it will keep us engaged in the content, which is a good thing.

It always feels good to accomplish tasks that you haven't accomplished before. Sure current content is sexier... but I'd really like to finish the DS meta.

Technically, I've built 3 full armor sets at this point in the xpac. Just trying to finish out the Tanking set to be a competitive (read: alive) tank.

If you already have better gear then find someone else in the guild who can benefit from it. ;) (or just return it to me and I'll find it another home).

I've taken to burning my CDs in the morning now, before work. No time for the dailies, but my CDs go directly to the guild... so they take priority. Did you get the 5 shards I sent for your Sha crystal?

Also, please continue sending cloth to Angrende. I'm crafting i450 blues and sending them to Immergruen to DE for mats for Sha CDs (quite the shuffle, lol). My daily crop of Motes of Harmony are going toward flasks, and my cooking is currently stuck behind fishing (...can't delay it any longer... going to have to start fishing).
