Poor website + bad customer service = overdrawn bank account
1. After a period of time their website refreshed itself on the final order submission page and I wound up with multiple orders.
2. Their customer service rep ended the chat with me as I was asking for an escalation ticket # from their IT department.
3. Their policy about how using a debit card negates the 30 free trial is not obvious.
1.) Just about EVERY ecommerce site warns you not to click twice when they are processing your credit card.
2.) Were you civilized with the rep or did you go ape-sh*t on his/her ass?
3.) I saw abundant warnings about the consequences of using debit when I first signed up a year ago. Did you bother reading their faqs before you signed up? Caveat emptor.

Well, eCommerce has become fairly professional, yet of course, there are still some websites which are not customer friendly, but one should not leave everything to the others, it is also a question of self-discipline and responsibility.
