Poor website + bad customer service = overdrawn bank account
1. After a period of time their website refreshed itself on the final order submission page and I wound up with multiple orders. 2. Their customer service rep ended the chat with me as I was asking for an escalation ticket # from their IT department. 3. Their policy about how using a debit card negates the 30 free trial is not obvious.
Well, eCommerce has become fairly professional, yet of course, there are still some websites which are not customer friendly, but one should not leave everything to the others, it is also a question of self-discipline and responsibility.
