| That isn't the only one that is "bugged". Try escorting the grummies over Burlap road to the Konta base.
The quest says just 1 grummy has to survive for it to complete. It fails to say which one. The one that needs to survive is one of the two trail leaders [the guys without packs].

I had the same problem yesterday. I put a ticket in and had GM reply last night. Its a known problem apparently which they're working on and they sent me the item. I've not handed it in yet, interesting to see what happens as from what I've read online the next part is buggy too. |

I did this Saturday. Seems to be a phasing issue. I had to wait till the person that had it phased came thru and did it also. There were 4 of us waiting till a horde came thru and it worked fine for him. Then I was able to continue. I think the fix of grouping with someone from another realm works cause the realms they list are low pop servers so chances of someone else being on that quest are lower.
I may be wrong but, I do not believe that that quest chain is needed to to unlock any other areas for Golden.

| I know how to fix this. I had some guys from another server ask on trade for me to group with them. They made a level 1, and then I invited the lvl 1, the lvl 1 then invited the 90 from his guild. That somehow fixed the phasing, I was then in group with them for like 20 minutes while they rotated like 3 dudes through who needed the quest. |

i put in a ticket for the battle helm. and got the item to complete it in the mail. the next part is bugged and i got lucky that there was someone inside using a cross realm solution. when he was done the gates opened |
