For those having internet problems - unplug power and cable.
Got home today and found internet down. "Online" light on the modem that is supposed to be solid green was dark. Don't remember what "Link" light was (supposed to be blinking yellow) - I think it was dark too.
Tried unplugging power from the modem and then plugging it again - didn't help.
Went to check with neighbors who also have OOL - their connection works fine.
Called CV and they suggested unplugging both power and cable wire, then plugging them back - this fixed the problem.
