I know where I am it is SDV on various QAMs that change from 687MHz to 777MHZ and 819MHz to 861MHz via Time Warner Cable or IPTV via At&t Uverse |

I'm not sure what cartoon network's QAM frequency is, but I know that Verizon does not use SDV, so the frequency is static |

October surprise!!...another major HD addition by FiOS!...channel is live in VHO5 with no Guide info...FiOS must be one of the last cable providers to add this channel but better late then never |

That's long been a Time Warner choice. HBO, Max, TNT, TBS, all do the same thing.

if you want OAR then you need the Blu-ray...EPIX, Showtime and a few others do show a lot of OAR though |
