What channel is your Cartoon SD? If not 257 then probably just +500 to it.

It is 257. So i don't know what they'll do here in DFW.

I'm confused. I'm also on VHO01 and I have a Channel Lineup printout from March 2012 and it has Nickelodeon SD on 252, Nickelodeon HD on 752 and Cartoon Network on 257 - which is where they're at now.
So, if VZ uses the 257 + 500 = 757 approach for the Cartoon Network HD channel assignment, why would it be an issue? 757 has been and is now an open HD channel number.

Ditto.

I believe folks are dialing in 757 and for now that drops you to 752 here in DFW. Maybe folks are not realizing that.

Are you sure Nick HD is actually ON 757 in and not that the box is automatically changing over to 752 because 757 isn't allocated?

If you put in 757 it comes up. It should be in the guide soon.

It comes up in VH08 for me as showing that I am not subscribed to that channel. Not sure why, don't really care as I haven't watched cartoons in a very long time.

Does anyone know if they use stretch-o-vision? I see they had old Bugs Bunny cartoons on this morning, the credits looked stretched but the program didn't seem to be. Were those old shows reformatted or are they stretched?

I'm in VHO7 and I also get the "not subscribed" screen on 757 ..
I even tried the 'ol guide trick by skipping ahead a few days and even that didn't bring it up ..

Give it 6-24 Hrs to "settle in" & the "Not Subscribed" will go away...

It's a Time Warner network like TBS and TNT, they use stretchovision on older content. Fortunately the SD station is high quality so I'll just flip between them depending on if the content I'm watching is in HD or not.

Most likely "phased."

They want it NOW.

"I see they had old Bugs Bunny cartoons on this morning..."

Those vintage Bugs Bunny and other Warner Brothers cartoons, longtime staples of broadcast TV, are rarely shown these days. That's a pity, because they are probably the funniest and most clever cartoons to have ever graced the screen.
