Everyone seems to have droped the ball on this one!
Orig Supervisor I talked to never ordered the Locator service.
Now I am on vacation at home and today another person calls the house (I think this is #3) and tells me the locator service will be about 48hrs.
Does anyone know how I can esclate this to an upper management person?
