Hi everyone, any other Rogers Internet customers having an issue with frequent disconnects today? (Monday Oct. 15, 2012)
Yes, I'm getting the same thing. Every hour regardless of how many times the modem is rebooted. It's been this way since Thursday evening.
yep been like this for a few days for me as well.. I am on Ultimate in WhitbyCant waith till Bell gets here next week
I ended up calling Rogers tech support but they weren't much of a help other than to say that there wasn't any ongoing issues in the Ottawa area. If it is still disconnecting tomorrow I may call them back and be a little more persistant.-Chantal
