We have underground utilities and the contrator cut the wrong cables in the pedistal when my neighbor dropped cable and went to satellite. They sent someone out that day to fix it and gave me a credit for a couple of days.
THIs is not ture
A retarded contractor disconnected the wrong line. we got a month credit out of it though »[TWC] dumb TWC contractors
the RG6 line was damaged( "messenger wire" was damaged) so much they had to run a new line it dropped, about 8ft off the ground
but they did upgrade it with rg11. because it had a larger/stronger "messenger wire" since our area has high winds
