Westell router ATUR_ManagementUtility

I have this ATUR_ManagementUtility program that allows me to load a configuration into a Westell router, it has several .ini files one for each type of Westell router I have and I do not seem to be able to find any information about the contents of the .ini file.
Does anyone have details about this please?
