Is VPNBook any good

This looks like a free openvpn based vpn. Is it any good? Any problems with it?

Stores logs. No good. Look for something paid.

it says on their website that they aren't required to keep any logs, so do they keep them but don't tell us?

It says with a "court" order they will hand out information. That means they DO store logs.

Just spend $8 bucks and buy nVpn.

Torguard (torguard.net) is an inexpensive VPN that supports OpenVPN -- they don't log user activities.
