We moved in oct and I really wasn't pleased to find the $30 on our bill when no one had told us that when we booked the move and there is nothing online. It was cheeper when we moved from BC to AB, only had some small fee for cancelling. Talked to someone through the friends chat and was told they would escalate it to the person we had booked the move to. Trying to find somewhere to complain, it's not so much the fee but the fact that we wern't told about it before hand. |

| Yep they get you anywhere you can when you have a business account. I had a pay a $49.99 "transaction fee" to ADD a second land-line to my existing location! |
