Okay. There's various ways to correct this problem:
A- If using a separate discrete wireless router then reboot the wireless router only.
B- replace any cable lines, splitters etc that are not identical to Rogers issue. check all connections.
C- connect the SMC downstream to the modem cable line running directly from the first splitter in the residence. connect the smc upstream directly to the pc.
This is a connectivity issue commonly caused by a faulty signal within the residence. Should the above steps not solve the issue call tech Support.
