Re: High latency during peak hours Can I jump on this thread? I'm with Primus DSL, and for the last 3 or so weeks I noticed a big slowdown starting around 8.30pm, lasting until around 11.30pm.
It's still ok for browsing, but impossible to download any files, they just time out.
When I run speedtest.net, it either can't complete, or it's in the 1.5 Mb/sec range. Funny though, Primus test comes back at around 4, and and Speakeasy also around 4.
Does this sound like a Bell issue? Does anyone think they are throttling? I seem to remember reading CRTC disallowed that a while back? |
