The bits loading is pretty bad... Especially right before 1 MHz... Do you have a 50K Watt radio station somewhere around 900-1000 AM locally?
If possible, if you could sync up the modem at the NID test jack and run the uvrealtime and post the same error table & bits loading shots, that gives a basis of comparison, and a little assistance in figuring out if the trouble is in AT&T's network or on the wiring inside the house
