Also another thing, I notice I get oil streaking on the dip stick sometimes, making it hard to read how much oil is in there. I made a picture as an example. Any way to solve this?

No, it's just splash on the stick. Allow a few hours to drain from the tube. Like when it's cold.

Draw the dipstick, wipe, re-insert, pull it out and look at the results.
