Our account is about 4 years old now, four years ago when we first opened they deemed us "High Risk" as they supposedly do all ISP's and have held $7k hostage in a non-Interest bearing account as security. kudos:2 | If you are otherwise happy with them, maybe just tell them that you want your "deposit" back otherwise you are going to replace them. Might make them think twice about holding onto the money.
I do all my billing/CC processing through Freshbooks. |

Believe it or not when we first opened we went thru Costco and signed up with Novus? NOw we signed up using Quickbooks its about the same and a free card reader for my android phone.. |

We use IP Pay, They are great. No "High Risk" charges or holds for us. |
