This still the case?

It's been more than a week. Are there still horrible wait times and long long lines?

My experience. I had to stay on hold for about 30 minutes yesterday -- and was basically told "good luck" trying to get them to not institute the fee -- but have not yet decided whether to buy a modem that, for the 1.5 years left on my contract will cost a bit more than leasing from them.
