Questions: The outbuildings are home runs to the cellar. How about the STBs? What is the splitter setup?

Also, each tap on the splitter has a rating. It might be 3.5dB or it might be 7.5dB or something else.

Did the tech perform tests on signal strength with his Sunrise meter? It's possible a splitter was zapped. Were they replaced?
