| Adjustable louvered shade covers? Does anyone have experience with or may be using the adjustable louvered covers? Please let me know your thoughts on them.
We have a pergola-syle set of rafters covering a courtyard in our home which has an old opaque nylon cloth covering it to filter sunlight. The roof is being replace - this courtyard cover has to be removed and replaced, and we're considering the adjustable louvers.
I was thinking of having it sit raised a foot over the roofline and overlap by 6-8 inches, with a slight 2" tilt so that runoff water (when it's closed) could just hit the roof and drain into the gutters. Anyone with experience using tghese - or installing? The courtyard opening is approx 18' square.
