Problem with U-verse DSL in our office
We are using U-verse in our office and have a new problem. It is slowing down horribly and we suffer 15 to 30 minute periods with between 20% and 100% packet loss. It is basically down during these periods. we placed the traditional service call (case G42453027) and got the traditional answer of "the circuit tests fine between your site and the local Santa Clara POP. After that there is no SLA on DSL.) Something has broken, or changed, and its killing us. It must be the routing between the CO and ?? Who can verify and check this?
