[STB] can't get guide to work on TNG150N stb
Just got Comcast service in my new apartment and have two RNG150N cable boxes. The guide does not work on either. I am able to get channels (both HD and SD.) I can change channels using up/down as well as manually entering a channel number. No menu ever shows up on the tv though - and if I hit guide or on demand, or menu on the remote, nothing happens. Power light flashes when I press these buttons which indicates the box receives the key press.
Been working with Comcast support, doesn't seem like they're going to be able to figure it out. I don't really want to have to wait for a tech to come out again.

you either have a bad box, or you have a signal issue. Since you most likely wont have access to a lock box, you're gonna need a tech visit.
