Not really. I'm sure you're breaking laws all the time. |

Yea, Im breaking laws all the time, howd you guess. Any laws I break are accidental. eg, possibly speeding. I never willfully break the law like these people (you) do. Knowing something is wrong, and doing it anyway, is bullshit. |

If you are speeding, you're willfully breaking the law. There is no "accidental". |

If I dont see a sign, and go over the limit, thats on purpose? I dont know about your logic here buddy. |

I have spoken with not only police officers on this but lawyers and judges as well. It falls under the category of "your fault" as ignorance of the law is not a qualified defence. Yes your state has a law that says if you don't see a sign then they have a set speed limit you should be going under unsigned roadways. You didn't follow it, you broke the law. |

When did I say I would not be breaking the law?, I said it was ACCIDENTAL. Do you browse the web and accidently download 500 songs and movies?
Stop putting a spin on one sentence, and try to read the entire conversation. |

There is nothing accidental about going over the speed limit. It's either you did or didn't. How would that be accidental? You weren't paying attention? Your fault for not paying attention when the law requires you to do so. |

Dude, reread the exchange involving other people. Someone accused me of breaking the Law ALL THE TIME. I said if I do, its ACCIDENTAL, as in, NOT PURPOSEFULLY DONE.
Are we on the same page now?
For someone to download illegal copies of music and movies, its done purposefully, not accidental. |

Except its not wrong, its just labeled as wrong by people who make the laws in this country. Laws that make you a criminal for share stuff serves only the people who control the money and copyrights to other peoples work. |

doesnt matter if its an accident or not, you still broke the law. start trying to apply the same rules to yourself. its really easy to tell people not to break the law and not apply it to yourself. |

Dude, someone speeding is not ACCIDENTAL it is done PURPOSEFULLY. Again, care to explain how speeding is ACCIDENTAL? It isn't... even if you do it.
This is the argument that you made. Just because it's totally flawed it still doesn't make it correct.
The ONLY person that mentioned copyright infringement was done ACCIDENTAL or PURPOSEFULLY... was YOU! Do you see anyone besides you mentioning that? Apparently I was paying attention however... you were not! |

If you fail to see a sign of a sign indicating a decreased speed, and you happen to get pulled over, its not speeding purposefully !! How many brain cells do you have !? |

Already covered that awhile ago kiddo. Yet you accuse others of not reading the thread when your not even reading your own posting? Seems I have more brain cells than you. Yes we know, you have no clue about actual law, you just make it up as you go along. Again, the only one saying anything about accidentally downloading something... was you. Still butt hurt over not being able to make bullshit into facts? |

Downloading/uploading copyrighted material via sites like Pirate Bay is ILLEGAL : FACT

cthen, is absolutely correct. for example, if you dont see a speed limit sign the set speed limit is 25mph until you see one |
