Here are my current UVRealtime screenshots. As of right now my phones aren't working either and my internet is intermittent every few minutes. You can clearly see something isn't right.

You need a technician visit -- your iNID is only running on 1 pair of what should be a bonded 2 pair service -- hence the errors and very intermittent service

Either give 800.288.2020 a call and speak to tech support, post in the Direct forum linking to this thread, or send an email to the AT&T Social Media Support team @ uversecare@att.com, again containing a link to this thread, as well as with your account information
