Effective October 31, 2012, WOW! will add WVIZ Ohio (channel 120), Create (channel 121) and World (channel 122) to the Basic lineup. Programming includes:
•PBS Ohio: Airs live and delayed coverage of the Ohio Supreme Court, proceedings of some state commissions, as well as public affairs programs produced by many local stations.
•PBS Create: Airs how-to, cooking, DIY and other non-commercial educational television shows from the libraries of Public Broadcasting Service and American Public Television.
•PBS World: 24/7 channel showing public TV non-fiction, fiction, science, nature, news, public affairs and documentaries.
