4.2/21.3 with PB, 3.2/17 after PB runs out. Still bad here, similar to ropeguru  now with less powerboost than I was seeing previously. 4 Mbps powerboost is kind of pointless for a 27 Mbps plan - at that point, why not just turn it off? It's like it's TRYING to keep power boosting, but it won't let it, so the speeds drop off in response to packets being dropped, then back up to boost speeds, rinse repeat. :( Really wish that would fix this for 27/7 people with SMC devices.
