file all complaints with BBB and your Attorney General..

also contact state Representatives and local media.. we have to start at the bottom with media coverage, but with enough exposure this will finally get the attention it deserves..

All weekend.... I've contacted the BBB multiple times.. and media, FCC, FTC, etc. Nothing has been done from any of them. Also the local office you cannot contact anymore and you cannot go in the place to talk to them.. It's pretty fucked up. I hate them so much.

Starts around 7:00 every single afternoon and last til 12-1am. Bout time to get more of a credit than $10 a month. Right when I come home from work I got about 1 hour to do everything I need to do before the net is useless. Damnit I'm so sick of this.

Lovely latency outages due to yet another oversubscribed DSLAM. They ran additional T1 lines in my area and it only netted a few weeks of normal service. I'm back to experiencing your exact issues, horrible latency during peak times. It's tough to browse much less stream video or game online.

The phone reps have been great and brutally honest lately in that they have no idea when Windstream will correct their alarming number of oversubscribed areas. They simply don't care at this point or at least have not proven to.

It's as if they are almost just buying their time till they leave town and leave this mess for someone else to clean up. Not sure how they are getting away with it legally in regards to advertising false speeds and not coming close to delivering them.
