WNDR3700v3 Legal password characters ...

... what are they? I set a good, strong password in a brand new unit, and have locked myself out. PW recovery works, and spits out the PW I entered, but won't let me in. None of the mfr. pubs reveal this information. I suspect that #,*, and @ are illegal PW characters for this device, but can't confirm it. And currently lack a paper clip for the action of last resort ... factory reset.

I use a WNDR3700v1 with those characters without issue.
