need help with error messages for modem SB6121

had some connection troubles this morning that took awhile to work out. had these messages in the log -

MIMO Event MIMO: Stored MIMO=-1 post cfg file MIMO=-1;CM-MAC=74:56:12:2a:bb:1f;CMTS-MAC=00:21:d8:d1:be:52;CM-QOS=1.1;CM-VER=3.0;

TLV-11 - unrecognized OID;CM-MAC=74:56:12:2a:bb:1f;CMTS-MAC=00:21:d8:d1:be:52;CM-QOS=1.1;CM-VER=3.0;

eventually got it to connect after troubleshooting everything on phone with support. can anybody determine what these mean? thanx

Those started popping up with the 1.0.6.6 firmware. Mine does it too, and I have had no connection issues in months. I'd say those can be safely ignored.

I see similar log entries immediately after a reboot or power cycle. They occur while the modem is still trying to sync with the CMTS, and after that I seldom see any new entries. If that matches your scenario, then don't worry about the handful of startup log entries.
