you either need to rid of that amp. or have verizon come back out and place a network nid to bypass the moca traffic around that amp...... that amp is why you lost moca to outbuildings. It's not allowing the moca frequency to pass through it

Wrong. That Amp is a Verizon approved MoCA bypass AMP.
We use them all the time for excessive lengths/runs.
