| [help] weird issue in Terryville, CT I have had DSL running in my house for over 5 years now with very few issues. Last year had a problem with an old speedstream modem that ATT replaced with a 2wire. That has been fine until now. Lately I have been getting a lot of disconnects from applications like my VPN for work. I took a look at the ping times and noticed it very inconsistent. Pinging google and other sites shows my ping times from 50-60 ms to 300-800ms during the time of the drops. I am seeing this from multiple computers via wifi so I tested with a hardline and seeing similar issues. Off the corner of my eye Ive seen the DSL light turn red once in a while. When I look at the 2wire stats page I see the following errors below. I know theres not a huge amount of errors but I suspect its enough to cause the issue. Ive done the line quality test from this site and its failed each time with packet loss of 5+%. I have done the speed test and i am getting decent speeds. I am assuming I will need a tech out here but just wanted to get others thoughts or anything I should look at first. Also the modem has been powered off and cables reseated.
