Inappropriate.

First, I don't think Mark works for AT&T any more, and second, even if he does, Mark's excellent service and responsiveness to the users on this forum was the only reason I stuck around with AT&T as long as I did. Third, he's technical and has nothing to do with accounting, lawyering, and class action suits; to expect him to "defend" that large corporation is just way off base.

Suck it up, be an adult. What in the hell did you expect; a million dollars each customer? If you want to bitch at someone, go bitch at the lawyers.

Back on topic, haven't gotten a check yet even though I've been a long time DSL user (since back in the SNET days). Guess I'll have to see if I kept those post cards that were sent out about the settlement and see what they indicate.
