[Equipment] (Phila) Request correction of critical SB6120 log me

I always get this monthly critical messages from the log of my cable modem (see below). How do I correct them? My provider is RCN. Thank you.

It's a bug in the firmware. I too receive these "critical messages" as well and it's nothing more than a bug. You'd be okay to ignore them.

I hope RCN can update our SB6120 firmware to correct this bug. My firmware date is really ancient...
