All,

Just as an FYI the 6 downstream channels is normal. This is a new configuration change and not a failure of any channels or any other problems. This was not something caused by getting a new IP address.

I agree Azhsisupprt2. in the cable industry changes are common to happen quickly. bad ips do happen[they get crappy routing and cloning a diff mac addy on network card usually fixes it]

something like a fibre cut however wont be fixed regardless of ip.
