Mouseover macros are better than any addons.
A word of caution for your mouseover macros. I use a lot of
/cast [@mouseovertarget, harm] [@mouseover,harm] [harm] Smite
macros for dmg abilities. It has started many unintentional pvp battles while doing Golden Lotus Dailies. You see... if you try to piggy-back an opposing faction's kill... and mouseover the target, both targets qualify as "harm" targets, and you might just find yourself attacking the other player rather than the target. I've resorted to opening my spell book and firing the spell directly so I can get credit for the kill without being bothered by pvp.
I love using the @mouseovertarget instead of /assist because I don't like losing my targets or having to use target=lasttarget.

kudos:18 | I try to un-clutter my UI for that kind of stuff. I would rather have two healing specs to switch between for raiding or dailies than to have damage abilities on my bars. I know that's not the norm, but I need useless shit off my bars so I can function.
I'm in the leveling process, so I'm trying all the abilities I have and have them all on my bars. Once I hit 90, some cutting will take place.
