Forget your meds? The "other" BBB "billing" complaint was from a "fired" employee.
She doesn't get to complain, as we were giving her free internet and started getting charged when she stopped working for us.
So, NOW you are claiming you cancelled service, when you looked up the Air Net on the BBB?
And you really did have the "Internet Fairy" locked in your basement? She was providing you free internet.
And complete strangers, tell you to pay your bills, and of course!! They must be a part of the "machine"!! You do know, they're monitoring your every move.. No, no.. you're not paranoid. They really are out to get you!

The BBB doesn't go into details. It merely lists the type of complaints and AirNet LLC shows two complaints for billing. I would have no way of knowing that one of the complaints is from a fired employee. But since you bring it up, is this fired employee the one who screwed up the billing? The same one that in your own words made "all kinds of errors". The same screw ups that you are now trying to pass on to me, like for instance... not paying bills? Exactly what months do you think I owe for?
What exactly are you reading that makes you believe I cancelled service when I looked up AirNet at the BBB. I honestly cannot see how you can construe anything I have said to mean that. This sadly has been a reoccurring theme with you. You don't understand the message and go off on something that was never said or implied.
I also have no paranoid delusions that a machine is involved and it's "out to get me." I am fully aware that AirNet LLC is solely responsible for screwing up my billing, refused to fix it and lost a customer. Once again you are making up your own little version of history.
Slow down Jack. Actually read and comprehend the words instead of scanning a few lines, misinterpreting and attacking.
